Most importantly, extensive work was done to optimize the website for search engines (SEO) so that the firm would stand out from their online competition. Over the course of six months, the firm as well as the profile of its proprietor went from being listed in tenth place in search results to first place (much to the chagrin of a similarly named law firm). Additional work is being done to establish and meet benchmarks toward further optimization so that the firm ranks among the top listings when people search for employment discrimination lawyers in the Washington, D.C. area.
